Access to Emirates Road (E11) in 5–10 minutes. To Dubai about 50–60 minutes. To Ras Al Khaimah Airport about 15–20 minutes. A private car is essential; taxis are available.
03Housing and prices
Villas and apartments in gated residential clusters with views of the bay and the mangrove reserve. The villa market grew 42% in 2025 — one of the highest figures in the UAE. Villa rental demand from expatriate families remains stable.
04Schools and kindergartens
Private schools are 15–25 minutes away in central RAK. RAK Academy and other international schools are accessible by car.
05Safety and atmosphere
A gated community with minimal outside traffic. The natural environment and green spaces create a calm atmosphere. One of the safest addresses in Ras Al Khaimah.
