03Housing and prices
Mainly modern business- and comfort-class new builds, along with solid Soviet-era brick blocks. One of the most expensive and sought-after districts for both rent and purchase.
04Schools and kindergartens
The district has mainstream schools, presidential and specialised lycées and kindergartens. Universities and research institutes are concentrated here, which makes the area popular with students and academics.
05Safety and atmosphere
Mirzo Ulugʻbek is considered a calm and prosperous district with good street lighting and well-kept courtyards. The atmosphere is measured and oriented towards comfortable family life.
