Metro line C (red): Prosek, Střížkov, Letňany — the northern terminus stations. Express buses to the airport. To Wenceslas Square — 15–20 minutes by metro.

Panel buildings and new residential complexes at more affordable prices than the inner districts. Praha 9 is one of the districts with the lowest average property prices in Prague.

A developed network of schools and kindergartens, several grammar schools. Good educational infrastructure for families with school-age children.

A calm and safe district with a family atmosphere. The Prosek residential blocks are among the best-maintained in Prague's panel segment.
