OC Chodov is one of Prague's largest shopping centres, with IKEA, a cinema, restaurants, and hundreds of shops. Within the panel blocks are schools, pharmacies, clinics, playgrounds, and green areas.

Metro line C (red): Háje, Opatov, Chodov — three terminus stations serve the district. The D1 motorway is nearby — convenient for drivers. To Wenceslas Square — 20 minutes.
