The Výstaviště exhibition complex, the National Technical Museum, and the cultural centre MEET FACTORY (a former factory) are all here. Holešovická tržnice market is a popular spot. Coffee shops, food halls, and independent shops have taken over former factory buildings. The large Stromovka park is within walking distance.

Transport

Metro line C (red): Vltavská and Nádraží Holešovice — two stations. Some international and regional trains depart from Nádraží Holešovice. Tram 17 along the embankment connects the district with Praha 1.

Renovated apartment buildings and the first new loft projects in former industrial buildings. Prices are rising with continued gentrification, but still below Vinohrady. A varied range of options.

Several primary schools and kindergartens. The Bubny–Zátory development project plans schools for 5,000 pupils. The University of Chemistry and Technology is nearby.
