01Infrastructure
The Zadneprovye, Sputnik and Yubileyny microdistricts come with shopping centres, markets, polyclinics and kindergartens. The Mogilev State Technological College and several vocational institutions are here. The bank of the Dnieper is a popular leisure spot.
02Transport
Bridges over the Dnieper link Oktyabrsky district with Leninsky. A branching network of bus and trolleybus routes; from Zadneprovye to the centre is 15–20 minutes.
03Housing and prices
Soviet panel high-rises and improved-series buildings. A popular Mogilev brief — "a one-bed for $15k and preferably in Zadneprovye" — captures the appeal: affordable prices alongside adequate amenities.
04Schools and kindergartens
Schools, gymnasiums and kindergartens in every microdistrict. Sports infrastructure is well developed: the Spartak stadium and swimming pools.
05Safety and atmosphere
A calm residential district; the main streets are well lit and the courtyards are quiet. The atmosphere is family-friendly and unhurried.
