03Housing and prices
Soviet-era buildings in the central blocks and new residential complexes in Kazimirovka and Mir. Prices range from average in the centre to moderate in the outlying microdistricts.
04Schools and kindergartens
Several gymnasiums and specialised schools; the Kuleshov Mogilev State University and the Belarusian–Russian University are both in Leninsky district.
05Safety and atmosphere
The central part is well lit and safe; Kazimirovka and Mir are calm and well established. The Dnieper embankment creates a pleasant walking zone.
