01Infrastructure
Within the district sit the Arena City, Zamok and Galereya malls, Victory Park, the Trinity Suburb (Troitskoye Predmestye) and Komsomolskoye Lake. Banks, restaurants and government offices cluster around Nyamiha and the Upper Town. Healthcare is represented by several major municipal clinics and private medical centres.
02Transport
Nyamiha station on the Avtazavadskaya line sits right inside the district; Aktsyabrskaya and Kupalauskaya are within walking distance. A dense network of buses and trolleybuses covers every corner of the district and you can reach any part of Minsk without a transfer.
03Housing and prices
Solid Soviet-era buildings from the 1960s–1980s dominate, with scattered business-class new builds. This is the most expensive housing in the city: rents and purchase prices sit steadily above the Minsk average.
04Schools and kindergartens
The district hosts several gymnasiums with intensive language programmes, a number of strong state schools, music and art schools. The main buildings of Belarusian State University and other leading universities are close by.
05Safety and atmosphere
The centre is well lit, actively patrolled and lively into the late evening. The atmosphere is upmarket and calm; weekends around the Trinity Suburb and the embankment get busy with strolling visitors.
