01Infrastructure
Several large supermarkets, a market, banks, pharmacies and a polyclinic. A well-developed local retail network and a string of cafés cover daily needs without trips to other districts. Green parks and boulevards make for comfortable walking.
02Transport
There is no Avtazavadskaya-line station within walking distance, but frequent buses and minibuses reach Kamyennaya Horka in 10–15 minutes. Dzerzhinsky Avenue is the main transport artery connecting Sukharava with the centre.
03Housing and prices
Panel and brick buildings from the 1980s–2000s, plus modern residential complexes. Prices are moderate by Frunzensky-district standards, with a wide choice of flats.
04Schools and kindergartens
Several state schools and kindergartens at walking distance, with sports clubs and family leisure centres.
05Safety and atmosphere
A calm residential microdistrict with a low incident rate. Lighting around bus stops and along the main streets is good; the courtyards are quiet.
