01Infrastructure
The microdistrict hosts adult polyclinic No. 23, children's polyclinic No. 7, the Salyut cinema, several branches of Belarusbank and Belpochta. A dense network of shops, pharmacies and cafés covers daily needs. The Svislach embankment is within walking distance.
02Transport
Eight bus routes and nine trolleybus routes run through the microdistrict. The nearest metro station, Partyzanskaya on the Avtazavadskaya line, is about 15–20 minutes away by surface transport.
03Housing and prices
Panel nine-storey and taller Soviet-era buildings. Prices are moderate, below the Minsk average, and Serebryanka appeals to families on a tighter budget.
04Schools and kindergartens
Several state schools with a solid standard of teaching, kindergartens in every part of the microdistrict, plus sports clubs and after-school activities.
05Safety and atmosphere
A calm family microdistrict with green courtyards and active daytime life. Lighting around the bus stops is good; the atmosphere is quiet and pleasantly local.
