02Transport
The Zelenoluzhskaya (third) metro line: the Vakzalnaya, Kavalskaya Slabada, Aeradromnaya, Niamarshanski Sad and Slutski Gostsiniec stations, opened between 2016 and 2024. The railway station is the main transit hub for both domestic and international travel.
03Housing and prices
A mixed stock from Soviet buildings to modern residential complexes in the new blocks around the Zelenoluzhskaya line. Prices run above average closer to the station and the centre, and moderate on the outskirts of the district.
04Schools and kindergartens
Several city schools and gymnasiums in the residential blocks; vocational and secondary education institutions are nearby.
05Safety and atmosphere
The area around the station stays busy and active round the clock with good lighting. The residential blocks away from the station are calm.
