01Infrastructure
Shopping centres, supermarkets, banks and polyclinics line Dzerzhinsky Avenue and Prytytskoga Street. The Serebryanka microdistrict on the Svislach has its own polyclinics (adult No. 23 and children's No. 7), the Salyut cinema and a dense network of shops.
02Transport
Several Maskouskaya-line stations cross Leninsky district; Ploshcha Lenina is the key interchange linking the Maskouskaya and Zelenoluzhskaya lines. Numerous bus and trolleybus routes cover every microdistrict.
03Housing and prices
A varied stock: panel five- and nine-storey Soviet blocks alongside modern residential complexes near the metro. Prices range from moderate to above average depending on proximity to the stations.
04Schools and kindergartens
Schools and kindergartens in every microdistrict; Serebryanka has several well-equipped state schools and specialised classes in selected institutions.
05Safety and atmosphere
A calm residential district with no notable trouble spots. The Svislach embankments are lit and landscaped; the courtyards are quiet.
