01Infrastructure
A retail cluster, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and cafés surround the metro station. A major sports and fitness complex, a polyclinic and a post office round things out. The microdistrict is divided into several phases (Kamyennaya Horka 1, 2 and 3) with green courtyards.
02Transport
Kamyennaya Horka is the terminus of the Avtazavadskaya line (opened in 2005) at 53.9219, 27.4267. From here it takes about 15 minutes to reach the centre (Nyamiha). Numerous bus and trolleybus routes complement the metro.
03Housing and prices
Panel buildings from the 1990s–2000s, improved-series builds and modern residential complexes near the metro. Prices are above the Frunzensky-district average because of the metro and demand stays steady.
04Schools and kindergartens
Several state schools and kindergartens in each phase of the microdistrict; private learning centres and after-school clubs are around the metro.
05Safety and atmosphere
A calm, well-organised residential microdistrict; lighting near the metro and along the main streets is excellent. The courtyards are quiet and green, and the atmosphere is family-friendly.
