Shopping centres surround the Avtazavadskaya-line stations, alongside numerous polyclinics, shops and cafés. Kamyennaya Horka has its own retail cluster near the metro; Sukharava is served by major supermarkets and a market. The 900th Anniversary of Minsk Park and green courtyards provide the recreational backbone.
02Transport
The Kuntsaushchyna, Sportyŭnaya and Kamyennaya Horka stations on the Avtazavadskaya line serve the central and eastern parts of the district. Sukharava is connected to the centre via frequent buses and minibuses — Kamyennaya Horka metro is about 10–15 minutes away.
03Housing and prices
A broad selection: Soviet-era panel buildings, improved-series builds from the 1990s–2000s and modern residential complexes near the metro. Prices range from moderate in Sukharava to above average around Kamyennaya Horka.
04Schools and kindergartens
Several gymnasiums with specialised classes, state schools in every microdistrict and private learning centres near Kamyennaya Horka metro. The supply of kindergartens covers local demand.
05Safety and atmosphere
A well-established residential district with a low incident rate. Lighting near the metro stations and along the main avenues is good; the courtyards are quiet and the atmosphere family-friendly.
