İçərişəhər is the metro station at the gates of the Old City (İçərişəhər), a UNESCO-protected quarter and the main landmark of Baku.

İçərişəhər is the terminus of the red line of the Baku metro, located right at the entrance to the Old City. Around it are the 12th–14th-century fortress walls, the Maiden Tower, the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, boutiques and restaurants. It is the most tourist-rich point in the capital.
Housing around İçərişəhər consists of historic apartments in old buildings, luxury flats by the Old City walls and properties along the Seaside Boulevard. The market is exclusive and very expensive.
