Located right on the Sharjah–Dubai border at Al Wahda Road; access to Al Ittihad Road (E11) takes under 5 minutes. Dubai is 15–20 minutes away. Sharjah bus lines E303A, E306 and E307 pass through. The drive to Dubai's business centre is about 30–40 minutes.

Modern high-rise towers with studios to 3BR apartments. Prices run 400–700 AED per sq ft; 1BR rentals average 35,000–48,000 AED per year. The area is actively being built out with a large supply. Popular with young professionals and families.
