The Buhaira Corniche promenade runs for several kilometres with walking paths, cycle tracks and cafés. Al Majaz Waterfront features restaurants, entertainment and nightly fountain shows. Nearby supermarkets, banks, mosques and clinics serve daily needs. Al Majaz Park provides green family recreation space.
02Transport
Direct access to Al Ittihad Road (E11) and Corniche Road ensures easy links to Dubai (about 20–30 minutes to Deira) and other Sharjah districts. Sharjah bus routes cover the area. Private car or taxi remain the main modes of travel.
03Housing and prices
High-rise residential towers with studios to 3BR apartments with lagoon or Corniche views. Waterfront properties have shown 6–8% annual price growth over the past five years.

Several private schools are within easy transport reach. Sharjah English School, Delhi Private School and other international institutions are 10–15 minutes away. Nurseries are integrated into larger complexes.
05Safety and atmosphere
A well-maintained and well-lit neighbourhood with a constant security and municipal presence. The waterfront and parks are safe for evening walks. Crime rates are extremely low.
