Central location in Ras Al Khaimah provides easy access to the emirate's main roads. To Emirates Road (E11) and Dubai about 50–60 minutes. Bus routes serve the district. Taxis are available.
03Housing and prices
Predominantly apartment buildings with studios to 2BR units. Rental yield is among RAK's best at 7.09% per annum. Suitable for singles, couples and small families. Prices are below beachside districts.
04Schools and kindergartens
Several private schools with various curricula are 10–15 minutes away. RAK Academy is 20–25 minutes away. Nurseries and crèches are integrated into residential complexes.
05Safety and atmosphere
An established residential district with good lighting and regular patrols. The atmosphere is calm and businesslike. Safety level is high.
