Emirates Road (E11) runs alongside — direct Dubai connection of about 50–60 minutes. To Ras Al Khaimah city centre 15–20 minutes. Private car is the main mode; taxis are available.

High-rise tower apartments, waterfront villas and townhouses across various price tiers. Studio around 34,000 AED per year; 1BR around 51,000 AED; 2BR around 72,000 AED. To buy: 1BR around 817,000 AED; 2BR around 1.3 million AED. Price per sq ft rose 30% in 2025 to around 1,027 AED.
04Schools and kindergartens
RAK Academy — multiple campuses near Al Hamra with a British and IB curriculum from Pre-K to Grade 12, fees from 17,000 to 42,250 AED per year. Several other private schools are 15–20 minutes away.
05Safety and atmosphere
A gated community with perimeter security, CCTV and on-site staff. One of RAK's safest residential clusters. The atmosphere is calm and family-oriented.
