Ajman City Centre, Carrefour and LuLu hypermarkets, pharmacies, banks, mosques and medical centres — all within walking distance. Parks and children's playgrounds are spread across all three sections (Al Nuaimiya 1, 2 and 3). Fully developed everyday infrastructure: electricity, water supply, drainage and internet.
02Transport
Emirates Road (E611) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) provide fast access to Sharjah (15–20 minutes) and Dubai (about 40–45 minutes). Ajman bus routes connect the district to the centre and neighbouring emirates. Taxis are available around the clock.
03Housing and prices
Apartment buildings, villas and townhouses at some of the most affordable prices in the UAE. Studio around 18,000 AED per year; 1BR 27,000 AED; 2BR 38,000 AED. Wide choice for families of all budgets. One of the most popular rental districts in Ajman.
04Schools and kindergartens
Several private schools, including Pakistani School Ajman and Delhi Private School Ajman. Ajman University is in a neighbouring district. Nurseries and crèches are plentiful. Ajman Academy offers modern education.
05Safety and atmosphere
A well-established family district with wide streets and good lighting. Incident rates are extremely low. The atmosphere is friendly and multinational — families from India, Pakistan, Arab countries and beyond.
