Ajman University — the emirate's largest institution — is in the district. Ajman Medical Center and clinics are within walking distance. Restaurants, cafés, shops and pharmacies line the main trading streets. Mosques and playgrounds are in residential quarters.
02Transport
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) runs through the district — one of the most direct routes to Sharjah (about 15 minutes) and Dubai (about 35–40 minutes). Ajman bus routes serve Al Jurf. Taxis and ride-hailing are available.
03Housing and prices
Apartments and villas at the most affordable prices in Ajman: studios from 13,000 AED; 1BR from 28,000 AED; 2BR around 38,000 AED per year. Active new-build construction. One of the city's fastest-growing districts by transaction volume.
04Schools and kindergartens
Ajman University is within walking distance. Several private schools with Indian and Arabic curricula are 5–15 minutes away. Nurseries and crèches are within the district.
05Safety and atmosphere
An actively developing district with new buildings and expanding infrastructure. Wide roads, adequate lighting and a growing municipal presence. Safety level is good.
